Charity registration options in the JGive platform

Updated over a week ago

All charities with the required certifications – a Certificate of Proper Management and Section 46 approval – automatically appear on our website and can receive donations even without registration.

We developed a short verification procedure that enables donation transfers to these charities without requiring full system registration.

In addition, there is an option for full registration, which provides charities with access to all the services and tools the system offers.

Below is an explanation of the two available options for joining the platform:

🟢 Full Registration

Full registration allows charities to benefit from our platform's full range of services.

Benefits:

Full access to data: donations, donor details, recurring donations, campaigns, and more.

Independent payment processing: the charity processes payments through its own dedicated account via PayMe or Grow.

Automatic receipts: receipts are automatically issued on behalf of the charity.

International currencies: donations can be received in USD, with the option to add CAD and GBP.

Advanced services:

  • Integrations with external systems (CRM, email marketing, etc.)

  • Embedding a donation form on the charity's website

  • Adding offline donation

Reports: access to donation and payout reports, and more.

🟡 Short verification procedure

Charities with the proper certifications (Proper management and section 46) do not need to register to appear on the site – all eligible charities are already listed and can receive donations.

Features:

✅ Receive donation funds collected through the site

❌ No access to the system, reports, campaigns, or donor information

❌ No receipts issued in the NGO’s name – receipts are issued under the JGive–Taasor Foundation

👉 To join via partial registration, please fill out this form.
