What Is GiveCard?
GiveCard is a virtual donation voucher that functions like a gift card for charity. You can use it to donate to any non-profit organization of your choice on the JGive website.
How Does It Work?
The process is simple: You log in to the site, add the GiveCard code to your "Virtual Wallet," and then use the stored balance to donate at any time by selecting GiveCard as your payment method.

Important to know:
The GiveCard balance is linked to your "Virtual Wallet" based on the email address you use to log in.
Therefore, we highly recommend logging in to your user account before loading the voucher.

Steps to Load Your GiveCard
You can add the voucher amount to your wallet in two ways: via your Personal Area or during the donation process.
Option 1: Via the Personal Area (Recommended)
This allows you to load the funds now and donate later.
Log in to your user account on the website.
Enter your Personal Area by clicking on "My Account" and then "My Personal Account".
Click on "Account Settings" (usually located on the side menu).
Locate the "GiveCard" tab.
Enter the Code: Type the GiveCard code in the box exactly as you received it (numbers and letters, e.g., 1234-1234-1234-1234).
Click the "Claim" button.
Success! You will see a green line at the top of the page saying "Voucher loaded successfully," and the funds will be added to your digital wallet.
Click "view More" to see your e-Wallet
Option 2: While Making a Donation
You can load the card "on the fly" when you find a cause you want to support.
Find an organization or campaign you wish to support and click "Donate".
Choose an amount and log in to your account.
On the payment screen, look for the payment methods (you might need to click "See more").
Select GiveCard.
Click "Activate GiveCard" and enter your code in the box exactly as received.
Click "Claim".
The funds are now in your wallet! You can proceed to click "Finish" to complete this specific donation without re-entering the code.
