Where can I view my current plan and billing details?

SMS and email balances, plan limits and clearing fees in one place

The Plan tab in Account Settings shows what your organization's plan includes, in one place: how many SMS messages and emails you have left this month, how much of each plan limit you have used, and the fees for each payment method.

Where to find it

  1. In the side menu of your organization area, click Account Settings.

  2. Click the Plan tab.

Good to know:

  • Only account owners and admins see the tab. Users with other permissions cannot open Account Settings.

  • If your organization is not approved yet, you will see "Your plan details will appear here after your organization is approved."

1. Your plan

The top card shows the name of your plan and "Active plan". If your plan has a monthly price, it appears next to "per month".

For now every charity is on the default plan, Payg.

2. CRM balances

If the CRM is active for you, there is one card for SMS and one for email. The large number is how many messages you can send now. It has two parts:

  • Monthly quota: the messages your plan gives you every month. It renews on the 1st of each month. Messages you did not use do not carry over.

  • General balance: extra messages that do not expire, for example a balance loaded for you separately.

Each send uses the monthly quota first, and then the general balance. Only messages that were actually delivered are counted.

What the colors mean:

  • Green: you have enough balance.

  • Orange: you used 70% or more of the monthly quota, or the quota is used up and you are sending from the general balance.

  • Red, "None left": there are no messages left to send.

If the balance does not cover the whole audience, an SMS or email campaign will not be sent. Automation messages wait and go out when there is balance again.

3. Plan limits

Here you see how much of each plan limit you have used. Only features that are active for you are shown:

  • External contacts: contacts you imported or added to the CRM. A contact you deleted still counts.

  • Permission seats: the users who have access to your organization's account.

  • Manual receipts (Monthly): receipts issued this month for offline donations. The count starts again on the 1st of each month.

  • Collect pages: your active Collect campaigns. The Collect page created automatically when your organization was approved does not count.

Each card shows how many are left. "Unlimited" means there is no limit on that feature. The bar turns orange at 70% of the limit, and red with "At limit" when it is full.

What happens at a limit?

  • Permission seats: clicking "Add New" in the Access tab opens "You've reached your user limit", with a link to upgrade your plan. Existing users keep working as usual.

  • Collect pages: you cannot create a new Collect campaign or reactivate one that ended. To free a slot, end or delete an existing Collect campaign. In the campaign type window, the Collect card shows a "View plans" button.

  • Manual receipts: you cannot issue a receipt for an offline donation until next month. If your organization may record donations without a receipt, you can still record the donation.

  • External contacts: you cannot import or add new contacts to the CRM.

4. Clearing & Platform Fees

Click Clearing & Platform Fees to open the fee table. There is one table per currency, with a row for each payment method active for you:

  • Clearing fee: the fee for processing the donation. "Set by PayMe", "Set by Meshulam (Grow)" or "Set by Stripe" means the payment provider sets this fee with your organization.

  • Platform fee: the Jgive fee, by the page the donation was made on: Campaign, Org page or Collect.

  • Notes: extra fees for some cards, for example American Express, foreign cards or Bit app payments.
