I don't have access to the app

If you get an error message when you open the app or attempt to login.

If your are getting a screen that says "It looks like you don't have access to Debbie yet" try the following:

  • Completely close the app and open it back up in 30-60 minutes.

  • If you are still getting this error message, uninstall and reinstall the app.

If this doesn't work, you should be directed to a unique support link to restore your access on the error page.

We are currently only available on iPhone and Android Version 12 and higher.

Everyone within the United States and over the age of 18 has access to Debbie!
