Account balances can take up to 72 hours to update and track in the app.
Your card payoff goal only tracks credit card transactions, other account or debt types are not currently supported
If it's been over 72 hours and your transaction still hasn't hit the app, take a look to see if any account is disconnected, it may affect the tracking of all your linked accounts.
How to Check
Tap on Profile
Tap on My Accounts
Tap on Linked Accounts
Look at the "last updated" date under each account
If the date is not today's date you will need to disconnect your account
Look to see if there is a red "disconnected" icon
If the the last updated date is older than 24 hours or the account is disconnected, follow the link below to update the connection!
My multiplier is wrong
If you card payments or savings deposit is tracking but you only got a x1 multiplier when you should have gotten more here's what to do:
Confirm you made the payment TO your current Debbie Partner bank account (check the Powered By banner on your home screen). These are the only banks that qualify for a multiplier.
Go to points history page (tap on the points tile on your home screen) and tap on the transaction. Screenshot this detailed page and send it to our support team!
