My transactions aren't syncing correctly

When your credit or savings accounts aren't showing transactions or counting toward your streaks.

We don't refresh your balances daily. Balances undergo a routine refresh at least once every 72 hours.

We also always ensure that balances are updated before any streak deadline so that you can get rewarded for that hustle!

It's been more than 3 days!

If you don't see any transactions, go to Linked Accounts and look at the last updated date underneath each account balance. If it is not today's date, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect your account.

It's only missing some transactions!

First, follow the steps above to make sure all accounts are being updated daily. Occasionally, one account being disconnected affects the accurate tracking of all accounts.

If you are still missing transactions, it might be because the bank classified it as a different type of payment (debit instead of credit) or our system is not detecting the spending category. Our team is currently working a resolution for this fringe cases and will have an update by the end of 2025.
