The Coaching Hub inside your Fridays Health portal is your gateway to expert support and practical tools.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Log in to your Fridays Health portal.

  2. Click on the Coaching Hub from the sidebar.

  3. Explore past sessions, browse educational content, and track your personal goals.

  4. Join live group sessions, book 1:1 coaching calls, or catch up with on-demand session recordings — all in one place.
