Fridays provides quick and convenient options to manage your consultations through the patient portal or by contacting our support team. Whether you need to cancel, reschedule, or rebook due to a missed appointment, the following guidelines will assist you.

Managing Appointments via the Patient Portal

Fridays' patient portal is designed for seamless scheduling and rescheduling of appointments. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal: Visit https://app.joinfridays.com/login.

  2. Access Consultations: From the sidebar, select the 'Consultations' tab.

  3. Reschedule or Cancel Options: - For appointments within 7 days: Click to reschedule directly — no new intake form required. - For appointments more than 7 days away: You can cancel and rebook by completing a fresh intake form.

  4. New Consultations: Click 'New Consultation' for booking future appointments. When prompted, fill in additional information to help your provider. We recommend selecting 'Earliest Available' for the best slots.

Additional Rescheduling Support

When Portal Options Are Unavailable

If you're unable to reschedule directly in the portal:

  • Provide Availability: Share your preferred times and dates with Fridays Support via phone or email. They can assist in setting up an appointment convenient for you.

  • Technical Assistance: If technical issues prevent you from modifying your appointment, confirm interest in rescheduling, and Fridays will guide you through available options.

Missed Consultations and Double Bookings

  • Missed Appointment: Rebook a missed consultation by logging into the portal and starting a new booking. Specify your availability if manual assistance is needed.

  • Managing Double Bookings: If you accidentally double-book a consultation, cancel the unnecessary appointment or request support for assistance.

Special Cases for Rescheduling

Payments and Subscription Status

If your subscription payment is declined, you cannot schedule appointments until the payment is resolved. Once processed, provide your availability to Fridays Support to reschedule.

Rescheduling Due to Other Scenarios

  • If consultations have been canceled (e.g., technical issues, others taking preferred time slots), Fridays encourages users to submit dates for optimal accommodations.

Avoiding Charges from Canceled Appointments

To avoid charges for canceling an initial consultation, ensure no subscription or order is in progress. If necessary, Fridays will process a refund for charges already applied.
