You can now share Fridays with your friends and family—and earn Fridays account credit when they join!

How It Works

  1. Share your referral code: Find your unique referral code in your patient portal.

  2. They sign up with your code: Your friend or family member gets $60 off their first month.

  3. You earn credit: You’ll receive $60 in Fridays account credit once they’ve been a Fridays member for 30 days.

👉 You can apply up to $180 in credits per month toward your subscription.


Where to Find Your Referral Code

  • Your referral code is always visible on the portal home page and billing page.

  • A copy button makes it easy to share without errors.

  • You’ll also get an email notification when someone successfully uses your code.


How to Apply Your Credit

  • Referral credits are not automatically applied.

  • From the Referral Dashboard in your portal, you can choose to apply available credits.

  • Your billing page may still show the full subscription amount, but don’t worry—Stripe (our payment system) will process the correct discounted charge.- Even though your billing page shows the full subscription amount prior to checkout, the finalized charge will correctly reflect any applied credits.

Example:

  • Subscription: $359

  • Credit applied: $60

  • Dashboard may still show $359

  • Stripe charge = $299 ✅


Terms & Conditions

  • Referral credit is applied after your friend has been an active member for 30 days.

  • Credits apply to all subscription fees, up to $180 per month.

  • Credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

  • Credits expire if you leave the Fridays program.

  • Sharing a referral code does not make you an affiliate or representative of Fridays.- Referral credits are forfeited if you cancel your Fridays subscription and cannot be reclaimed even if the subscription is later reactivated.

  • Only new patients are eligible for the $60 referral discount. Existing users cannot use referral codes.

  • Only one discount or promotion can be applied per billing cycle. For example, if an ongoing promo already applied, the referral discount will shift to the next billing cycle once the other promo expires.


Frequently Asked Questions### How can I combine referral credits with other discounts? Referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes on the same bill. You’ll need to choose which discount works best for you for a given billing cycle.

Why does Fridays apply credits after 30 days, but charges payments every 28 days?

The 30-day policy ensures that referred users stay engaged for a meaningful duration before the referrer earns credits, helping curb misuse of the referral system.

What should I do if the referral code was correctly entered but the discount wasn’t applied?

If the referral code was entered correctly at signup but the discount was not applied, contact Fridays support to investigate further.

Can I get a referral link instead of a code?

Currently, only referral codes are available.

Where can I view my credits?

You’ll see them in your Referral Dashboard once they’re available.

What if my friend forgot to use my code?

Unfortunately, credits cannot be applied after sign-up if the code was missed or entered incorrectly.

When will I get my credit?

Credits are available 30 days after your friend has been an active Fridays member.
