How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Fridays subscription at any time through the patient portal.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your patient portal at https://app.joinfridays.com/home.

  2. Locate your active subscription plan under "Billing"

  3. Click the Cancel Subscription button.


What Happens After You Cancel

Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle — you won't lose any access you've already paid for. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

If your Billing page shows "Active until [date]" with no cancel button visible, this confirms your subscription has already been successfully cancelled. You will retain access through that date and will not be charged again. No further action is needed.


Reactivating Your Subscription

You can rejoin or reactivate your subscription at any time. Just visit the Fridays Shop in the patient portal.
