Your lab order can be easily located within the Fridays Patient Portal:
Log in to your Patient Portal.
Navigate to the “Document Center”.
Locate your lab order PDF under the appropriate section titled “Labs”
Download the form labeled "Print4Labs" and either print it or save it for digital access on your phone.
