Accessing Juro's AI Review 🚪
To get started, click AI Review in your homepage sidebar:
Here, you'll see two sections:
The Playbook hub: where you can upload and manage your playbooks
Review in Word: where you can run Juro's AI Review from Word on your desktop
These sections are explained in more detail below 👇
Access to Juro's AI Review is enabled for Organisation and Workspace Admins by default. An Org Admin can grant access to other users. To do this:
Click on the relevant Workspace in the Workspaces tab (found in your main Settings section) and open the Permissions tab
Click the permission dropdown for the relevant group, and switch on the AI review toggle: this enables this feature for that group in the selected workspace.
The Playbook hub 🛖
Your playbook tells Juro's AI how to review your contracts in line with your business's requirements. It should include context, default positions and limits so that the redlines generated apply to your contracting requirements.
Juro offers example NDA and SaaS Subscription Agreement playbooks that you can adapt or replace entirely: these can be managed from within the Playbook hub.

Reviewing your contracts in Word 📃
💡 NOTE: You must install Juro's Word plug-in to use this feature.
To run AI Review in Word:
1. Open the Juro plug-in from your DOCX file and sign in. |

3. Open the AI Review tab and click Run AI review. |
|
4. Juro will now review your document and, where it identifies terms that don't comply with your playbook's guidance, generate real-time actionable redlines broken out by priority. |

5. During the review process, you can accept and reject redlines or add a comment to an accepted redline. |

Understanding the Agent's results 💭
Once the review is complete, the Agent will generate one of two responses:

Some things to note 🌅
Only DOCX documents are accepted in AI Review for now.
Workspace Admins can see reviews for the whole workspace, and Workspace Users see only their own reviews.
