You can access your owner portal using the link below:
Click “Sign In” in the top right corner
Enter your email address and password
If you have not logged in before:
Click “Register”
Use the email address associated with your HOA account
Follow the prompts to set up your login
(Quick note: the street address it asks you for is the home in the HOA you’re registering for, NOT your mailing address)
If your email is not recognized, please contact us at owners@knkpropertymanagement.com so we can get your account set up.
