Registering a second property in the owner portal

If you own a second property in a K&K-managed HOA, follow these steps to add it to your owner portal profile.

First, register for or login to your owner portal account

Step 1: Click on your name in the top right corner

Step 2: Click on "My Profile" in the dropdown menu that opens

Step 3: Click "Register an Additional Property" on the Account Details tab

Step 4: Enter the details for the additional property, including the property address (NOT your mailing address).

*The account number is typically some combination of the address or unit # - contact our office if you need this number.

Step 5: Hit "Submit" - the system will either auto match the property to your profile (in which case, it will be available immediately), or throw it to our team to manually match (this will take about one business day - usually less).
