Role settings let you decide what people can and can't do inside Karta account. There are four options available now: Account Owner, Admin, Bookkeeper, and Empoyee.
Account owner. This role generally belongs to people holding C-level positions. The Account Owners have unlimited access to platform functionality, basically, they can change anything and anywhere.
Admin. This role generally belongs to people holding a financial management position. Admin has similar permission as the Account Owner, except for deleting the Account Owner.
Bookkeeper. This role generally belongs to an accountant, who can be an external or internal employee. The bookkeeper can view all the information on the account, transactions, and Budgets.
Employee. This role generally belongs to any employee who needs to be given limited permissions. The employee can create their own Karta cards, but cannot view account balances or full transactions list.
