Our multi-account feature allows you to switch between your individual account and your child's account within one login.

Can more than one parent or guardian access a child's account?
At the moment, a child account can only be linked to one parent or guardian (the account administrator). We don't currently support linking the same child account to multiple adult individual profiles or sharing access between separate Kernel logins.
We understand this would be a valuable feature for many families, and we're continuing to consider customer feedback as we plan future improvements.
Can a child's account be linked to my joint account?
Yes, a child account can be created under a joint account structure. However, please note that current system limitations mean only one member of the joint account can be designated as the administrator with login access to the child's profile.
The other party to the joint account will not be able to see or switch into the child's account from their own login at this stage.
