Inviting users to your portfolio companies on the KEY ESG platform is quick and straightforward.

Watch the video below to learn how to do this:

Follow these steps to ensure seamless access for your team members:

Step 1: Navigate to the Fund Manager Portal

  1. Log in to the Key ESG platform.

  2. From the homepage, locate the left-hand menu.

  3. Under the Setup section, click on Companies.

You will now see a list of all companies associated with your funds.

Step 2: Select a Portfolio Company

  1. Identify the portfolio company you want to add a user to.

  2. Click on the name of the company (e.g., BT Anderson), which will display its details.

Step 3: Access the Users Tab

  1. At the top of the company page, click on the Users tab.

  2. Here, you’ll find a list of all current users who have access to the company’s data requests.

Step 4: Invite a New User

  1. Click on the Invite User button.

  2. Enter the full name of the user you wish to invite.

  3. The system will generate and send an email invitation to the user.

Once the invitation is sent, a confirmation message will appear in the top-right corner, indicating the process was successful.

Final Notes

  • Ensure that the user’s email address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Invited users will receive an email with instructions to access the platform.

By following these steps, fund managers can efficiently manage user access across their portfolio companies, enabling effective collaboration and streamlined data management.
