Overview for Fund Managers on how to navigate the platform and where to find key information for your ESG reporting.

This article provides a quick overview on the ESG platform for Fund Managers. To watch a video version of this overview, check out our tutorial here:

  • First, by clicking on your company’s name in the left hand corner of the platform, you can navigate between the Fund Manager Platform and the Fund Manager Self Assessment. Let’s get started with the Fund Manager Platform first.

  • In the top left, you'll find a panel to navigate through different reporting years. Ensure you're always in the correct reporting year.

  • The first thing you'll see on your Home Screen is your progress report. This section indicates the progress your portfolio companies are making in answering your data request. If you have not yet configured any data requests, you will see here a window prompting you to start your first data request. You can also find a more detailed progress report by clicking the “Data requests” button in the left side panel.

  • The panel on the left hand side will furthermore allow you to navigate to: Analytics as well as general setup. Analytics allows you to view reports and dashboards of each individual company as well as your whole portfolio.

  • The Setup Section allows you to add and edit companies in your portfolio, add users from your fund, and build custom metrics.

  • Next, let’s look at the right-hand side. On the top right-hand side of your screen, you will see your Profile icon, where you can configure basic company setting, manage users & log out.

  • With that, you should now have a general understanding of the KEY ESG platform!
