How It Works – Company Users
1. Access the Progress Overview
a) Log in to your Company account
b) In the left-hand navigation panel, go to DATA
c) Select Progress Overview
Important: Progress Overview is reporting year-dependent. Always ensure the correct reporting year is selected using the year picker at the top of the platform.
2. Review Data Progress
Use filters to identify data points with outstanding entries
The interactive dashboard displays progress by entity for each data point
Note if an entity has not been assigned any data request, they will not show up in the dashboard.
The completion rate is measured point-in-time to account for differences in periodicity, e.g, if you had requested entities to report on quarterly data the progress overview will tell you which of the quarterly data points have been completed given the point in time. If it's July 1, the system would flag any Q1 and Q2 data point not completed as ‘outstanding’.
This allows you to quickly identify where action is still required.
3. View Detailed Progress
Click View to see more detailed information
This shows which assigned entities and time periods are currently outstanding
This view is especially useful when managing data requests with recurring or periodic requirements.
4. Send Targeted Reminders
Select one or more items using the tick boxes on the main dashboard
Prompt the system to send reminders
You will be shown a draft email and who the recipients would be
The email will be sent and mentions the sender, the data points outstanding and includes a call to action for the entity to start completing data
