If you haven't done so already, please click the Home Button in the left-hand corner to return to your Home Screen.

In the top left, you'll find a panel to navigate through different reporting years. Ensure you're always in the correct reporting year.

The first thing you'll see on your Home Screen is your progress bar. This indicates how far along you are in your data collection for this year’s reporting cycle. To the right of the progress bar, you can see whether the data has been signed off. Only Admins can sign off or unlock data.

Now, let’s orient you to the main view of your KEY ESG portal for Companies.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you can navigate through the different modules of your platform. Depending on your license with KEY ESG, you'll find the following sections:

Home: Your main dashboard.

Data: A section for collecting and managing your data.

Analytics: This includes dashboards and reports.

Improve: Where you can store your policies, targets, and action plans.

Setup: For setting up new companies, users, custom metrics, or integrations.

If you scroll to the bottom of your home screen, you can see a few of our resources, including starting with materiality assessments, talking to our experts, and checking if you are data ready

Next, let’s look at the top right corner of your screen. Here, you'll see your Profile icon. Click on it to change basic company settings, navigate to User Management, or Log Out.

With that, you should now have a general understanding of the KEY ESG platform!
