If you have opted out of a data point, but the checkmark remains grey (incomplete), perform these checks to ensure 100% completion:
Check that you have opted out of the entire metric, not just the entity - you can do this by navigating to the top left of the data card and selecting "Opt out". You will need to provide a justification for opting out.
Ensure all other entities are opted out of the data point before proceeding.
Tip: If you have many entities and need to opt out of several data points at once across your whole organisation, use the Bulk Opt-Out feature instead of opting out one at a time: go to the Data Point Requirements page, tick the data points you want to opt out of, and click Opt out in the "With selected" toolbar.
