How to Configure Meeting Metrics and KPIs in Kickscale

This article describes how to change the meeting metrics/KPIs of different meeting types to your needs.

Learn how to adjust metrics and KPIs for your meeting analysis.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings

    • Navigate to Settings > Analysis Configuration

    • Select the "Meeting Types" tab

  2. Edit Metrics

    • Find your target meeting type

    • Click "Edit" in the top-right corner

    • Open the "Metrics" tab

  3. Adjust Values

    • Set lower and upper limits for each metric

    • Click "Save" to apply changes

Tips

  • Set realistic ranges based on team performance

  • Review and adjust metrics periodically

  • New metrics apply to future meetings only

Troubleshooting

  • Can't save: Check your admin permissions

  • Metrics not updating: Refresh your browser

  • Invalid range: Ensure lower limit is less than upper limit
