Integrating your calendar with Kickscale ensures that our bot can automatically join your external meetings, making it the easiest and most comfortable way to record your meetings. Kickscale supports both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook for integration.

Why Connect Your Calendar?

By connecting your calendar, Kickscale’s bot will:
✅ Automatically join all external meetings (meetings with participants from different domains).
✅ Seamlessly record and manage your meetings without manual setup.

How to Connect Your Calendar

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Choose Your Calendar Provider

    • Select either Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Authorize the Integration

    • Grant the necessary permissions for Kickscale to access your calendar.

  4. Confirm Connection

    • Once connected, the bot will automatically join all future external meetings.

💡 Note: If you don’t see the integration working, check that you’ve granted the necessary permissions during setup.

How to Disconnect Your Calendar

If you ever need to disconnect your calendar:

  1. Go to the same Settings page (Kickscale Platform Settings).

  2. Click Disconnect Calendar.

Troubleshooting

  • Bot is not joining meetings?

    • Ensure your calendar is properly connected. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.

    • Check if the meeting is classified as an external meeting (with participants outside your domain).

  • Permission issues?

    • Make sure you’ve granted Kickscale access to your calendar during the integration setup.
