How to Disconnect the HubSpot Integration Correctly

🚀 Disconnecting HubSpot from Kickscale

Only admins can access integration settings. To remove the integration from Kickscale:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings

    • Navigate to Workspace Settings in your Kickscale account.

  2. Access the HubSpot Integration

    • Click on Integrations in the settings menu.

    • Select HubSpot Integration.

  3. Disconnect the Integration

    • Click on Disconnect HubSpot.

    • Confirm the process when prompted.

This will remove the connection from Kickscale, but you must also disconnect it from HubSpot to fully complete the process.


🔄 Removing the Connection in HubSpot

After disconnecting HubSpot from Kickscale, follow these steps in HubSpot:

  1. Go to HubSpot Integrations

    • In your HubSpot account, navigate to IntegrationsConnected Apps.

  2. Find the Kickscale App

    • Under the My Apps section, locate the Kickscale integration.

  3. Uninstall the App

    • Click on the Kickscale integration.

    • Select Uninstall and confirm the removal.

This step ensures HubSpot no longer has access to your Kickscale data.

  • Always remove the connection from both platforms to prevent any lingering data syncs.

  • If you plan to reconnect later, ensure you have the necessary permissions in both Kickscale and HubSpot.

  • Double-check that all HubSpot workflows depending on Kickscale data are updated or removed.
