The HubSpot integration connects your HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, and leads with Kickscale. It syncs customer conversation insights into HubSpot and enriches Kickscale with CRM data.
With this integration, you can:
Automatically sync Meeting/Call insights into HubSpot.
Automatically update custom CRM fields from conversations.
Sync deal data and forecast data into Kickscale.
Visualize and manage deals in the Kickscale Deal view.
Improve forecasting with real customer signals.
Install the app
Follow these steps to install the HubSpot integration and connect your HubSpot account.
Log in to your Kickscale Workspace.
Go to Settings.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Click Connect.
Choose HubSpot (default option).
Click Connect CRM Integration.
You will be redirected to HubSpot.
Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
Review the requested permissions.
Click Connect app to authorize Kickscale.
After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Kickscale. HubSpot will now appear as connected in your Integrations tab.
Configure the app
After installation, configure how Kickscale updates your HubSpot data.
The main configuration controls which custom fields should be updated by Kickscale’s AI analysis.
To configure:
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Click on Manage CRM Fields
Select the CRM object:
Contact
Company
Deal
Lead
For each object, define Custom Fields to update:
Which Meeting Types should trigger updates.
The prompt for the AI to extract the information
If the field should be updated without a HIL
Use the app
After setup, the integration runs automatically in the background.
Kickscale will:
Attach Meeting summaries to the correct CRM records.
Update selected custom fields using AI insights.
Sync deal data into Kickscale.
Enrich and visualize opportunities in the Deal view.
Sync forecast updates between Kickscale and HubSpot.
Manual actions in Kickscale
You can also take manual actions when needed.
Inside the Deal view, you can:
Manually map conversations to CRM entities.
Manually update configured custom fields.
Adjust forecasting directly in Kickscale.
Any forecast changes made in Kickscale will sync back to HubSpot.
This gives sales leaders and RevOps full control while keeping automation in place.
Disconnect the app
If you disconnect HubSpot from Kickscale, syncing will stop immediately.
Important:
No new data will sync after disconnection.
Existing data in HubSpot will remain unchanged.
Deal and forecast updates will no longer sync.
Historical data will remain in Kickscale.
To disconnect:
Log in to your Kickscale Workspace.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Click on Manage Integration.
Click Disconnect Hubspot.
Uninstall the app
To fully uninstall the Kickscale app from HubSpot:
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps.
Select Kickscale.
Click Uninstall.

Important:
Uninstalling permanently removes the connection.
Kickscale will no longer access your HubSpot data.
Previously synced CRM data will remain in HubSpot.
Reinstallation requires a new authorization process.
Data Privacy & Compliance
Kickscale adheres to current GDPR and privacy standards.
The integration only accesses data required to provide CRM synchronization, forecasting, and revenue intelligence features.
