How to Set Up the Aircall Integration with Kickscale

Easily connect your Aircall account to Kickscale to automatically analyze your calls and gain insights.

This article will walk you through the integration process, how it works, and how to manage or disconnect the integration.


How to Connect Aircall with Kickscale

You can connect Aircall directly from your Kickscale workspace settings:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Navigate to Workspace > Integrations -> Aircall Integration

  3. Click the Connect Aircall button.

  4. You’ll be redirected to Aircall’s authorization page. Log in (if needed) and authorize Kickscale to access your Aircall account.

  5. You’ll be prompted to add Aircall numbers to the integration.
    - Don’t worry if you don’t add numbers right away — you can do this later in the Aircall integration settings.

  6. After authorizing, you'll be redirected back to Kickscale.


How the Aircall Integration Works

Once connected, Kickscale will automatically analyze calls from the numbers you’ve added.

  • Every time one of the added numbers finishes a call, it will be automatically analyzed by Kickscale if a Kickscale User with the same E-Mail Address exists.

  • Make sure recording is enabled in Aircall for Kickscale to analyze the calls.


How to Disconnect Aircall from Kickscale

You can disconnect the integration from Kickscale at any time:

  1. Go to Settings > Workspace > Integrations > Aircall Integration

  2. Press Disconnect Aircall

Important:
Clicking Disconnect Aircall in Kickscale will only disable the integration on Kickscale’s side.
To fully remove the integration, you must also remove it from your Aircall account settings.


Tips and Best Practices

  • Always enable call recording in Aircall for call analysis to work correctly.

  • Add all relevant numbers in the integration settings to ensure every call you care about is analyzed.

  • Test with a call after setup to confirm that everything works as expected.


Troubleshooting

Problem: Calls are not being analyzed
Solution:

  • Ensure the number used for the call is added to the integration

  • Check that call recording is turned on in your Aircall settings

  • Check if the email addresses of the Aircall users match with the ones in Kickscale

Problem: Integration seems inactive
Solution:

  • Reconnect your Aircall account

  • Double-check that authorization was completed during setup
