Overview
Kickscale connects to AI tools via a secure login. You do not need an API key for this setup. You can establish the connection using:
Claude (browser)
Claude Desktop
ChatGPT (browser)
ChatGPT Desktop
Once connected, your AI assistant can use Kickscale tools on your behalf. Access remains restricted to your Kickscale account and workspace.
Before you start
Make sure you have the following:
An active Kickscale account
Access to at least one workspace
Claude or ChatGPT with support for custom connectors
Kickscale Connector-URL
Use this URL when adding Kickscale as a connector

Step-by-step: Connecting to Claude
Open Claude in your browser or the Claude desktop app
Go to Settings → Connectors
Click "Add custom connector"
Paste the Kickscale connector URL
Save and proceed to start the login process
A browser window will open the Kickscale login page
Log in using Google, Microsoft or email
If you belong to more than one workspace, select the correct one
Grant access when prompted
Return to Claude. Kickscale should now appear as connected
Step-by-step: Connecting to ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT in your browser or the ChatGPT desktop app
Go to Settings → Plugins
Click MCPs and add a new server
Select Streamable HTTP and paste the Kickscale Connector-URL
Click Save
Click Authenticate to open the Kickscale login page
Log in using Google, Microsoft or email
If you belong to more than one workspace, select the correct one
Grant access when prompted
Return to ChatGPT. Kickscale should appear as connected
Using Kickscale after successful connection
Once Kickscale is connected, ask your AI assistant questions using natural language. Examples:
„Summarize my recent customer conversations and meetings.“
„What objections came up in recent calls?“
„Which competitors were mentioned this week?“
„What were the next steps from yesterdays meetings?“
Your AI assistant will call upon Kickscale tools as needed. Confirm the request when Claude or ChatGPT asks for permission.
Tips & Best Practices
Connect to the Kickscale account you use daily
Select the correct workspace if you belong to more than one
Disconnect and reconnect if you want to switch workspaces
Keep your Kickscale login details private. Do not share your session
Ask clear questions. Mention specific meetings, calls etc. if it helps
Troubleshooting
The login page is not opening
Check if your browser allows pop-ups. Try connecting again
I am seeing an authentication or login error
Make sure you are using a valid Kickscale account. Try logging in via Google, Microsoft or email again
I cannot find my workspace
Make sure your user account has been invited to this workspace. Ask a workspace admin if necessary
Kickscale is connected but the tools are not working
Disconnect Kickscale in Claude or ChatGPT. Reconnect using the same URL. Then ask your question again
I connected the wrong workspace
Disconnect Kickscale in your AI tool. Reconnect and select the correct workspace
The connector shows as disconnected
Open Connectors/Plugin in Claude or ChatGPT. Reconnect Kickscale. Your AI tool will update the login if necessary
