Tribe Integration Guide

Connect Kickscale to Tribe to automatically push meeting summaries to appointments in Tribe.

What the Tribe integration does

The Tribe integration connects your Kickscale workspace to your Tribe account. After setup, Kickscale automatically syncs meeting summaries to appointments in Tribe. Further capabilities will be added soon.


Prerequisites

  • You must have an Admin or Configurator role in Kickscale. The Integrations & API settings tab is only available to these roles.

  • You need Tribe API credentials:

    • Client ID

    • Client Secret

Obtain these from your Tribe account or Tribe administrator.

If you haven't already, you need to create new Client Credentials in your Tribe account under

  • Configuration

  • Application

  • Client Credentials


Setup

Tribe is set up under the same CRM Integration section as other CRMs, but uses Client ID + Client Secret instead of an OAuth authorization flow.

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open the Integrations

  3. Worspace Integrations

  4. In the CRM Integration section, click Connect

  5. In the popup, select Tribe as your CRM provider

  6. Click Connect CRM Integration

  7. In the Tribe Integration dialog:

    1. Enter your Client ID

    2. Enter your Client Secret

  8. Click Connect Tribe

After a successful connection:

  • You see a success notification: "Successfully connected to Tribe"

  • The dialog shows Connected and displays your Client ID

  • The CRM Integration section shows Tribe as your connected provider


What data will be synced

After every analyzed meeting, Kickscale pushes the meeting summary as description to the matching appointment in Tribe, if no matching appointment gets found a new one will get created.


Manage or disconnect the integration

Edit credentials

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Workspace Integrations

  2. In CRM Integration, click Manage Integration

  3. Click Edit

  4. Update Client ID and/or Client Secret

  5. Click Save

Disconnect Tribe

  1. Open the Tribe integration dialog via Manage Integration

  2. Click Disconnect Tribe

  3. Confirm in the dialog

After disconnecting, meeting summaries will no longer sync to Tribe appointments.


Troubleshooting

Meeting summary not appearing in Tribe

  • Confirm Tribe is connected

  • Open the meeting’s CRM tab in Kickscale and check for sync errors
