The Company View gives you a complete picture of all activities connected to a company. This helps your team keep track of every interaction and ensures nothing gets lost along the way.
Activity Timeline
At the center of the Company View, you’ll find the activity timeline. It is split into four sections:
Meetings
Calls
Emails Outgoing (CRM required)
Emails Incoming (CRM required)
All activities are displayed in chronological order in a list next to the timeline.
Interacting with the timeline and list
Click on a timeline point → the corresponding activity in the list will be highlighted.
Click on an activity in the list → detailed information about the activity will open.
Depending on the activity type:
Meetings and Calls show action item and summaries. By clicking on the icon in the top left they can redirect you to the Conversation View for deeper insights.
Emails will show content and metadata directly from the list view.
Contacts and Deals
In the right-hand section, you can see all contacts and deals associated with the company.
Use contacts or deals as filters to highlight relevant points in the timeline.
Clicking a deal will redirect you to the Company Overview page.
Deals are only visible if a CRM is connected.
Tips and Best Practices
Use filters to quickly spot interactions related to specific contacts or deals.
Click through to the Conversation View to get full context on meetings or calls.
Connect your CRM to unlock the full potential of email tracking and deal visibility.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see any emails or deals.
→ Make sure your CRM is connected. Without a CRM integration, only meetings and calls will be shown.
The timeline looks empty.
→ Double-check that the selected filters (contacts or deals) aren’t excluding relevant activities.
