Company Table
The table in the Company Overview shows the following information for each company:
Company Name
Created Date
Last Interaction Date
Sorting the Table
You can sort the table by clicking on a column name. This makes it easy to see the newest companies, the most recently engaged ones, or simply keep an alphabetical list.
User Activities
On the right-hand side, you can see an overview of your activities with the company, including:
Meetings
Emails
Calls
When you hover over an activity, you’ll see details about that activity, such as the date, subject, or participants. This allows you to get quick insights without needing to click through.
Filters and Search
At the top of the Company Overview, you’ll find:
A search bar to quickly find companies by name.
Date Filters to narrow down the list.
Navigating to the Company View
Clicking on a company in the table will take you directly to the Company View, where you can see all activities, contacts, and deals in detail.
Tips and Best Practices
Use the Last Interaction Date sort to identify companies that may need follow-ups.
Hover over activities for a quick glance before deciding if you need more details.
Combine filters with the search bar to find exactly the company you’re looking for.
Keep an eye on the Created Date if you want to track recently added companies.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see activities for some companies.
→ Make sure your email and call integrations are set up so activities are tracked.
Sorting doesn’t change anything.
→ Try clearing filters and reloading the page to reset the table view.
