Go to Settings in your Kickscale workspace.
Open the Team tab.
Select the user from your team whom you want to set the default types.
In the user settings dialog, you’ll find two dropdowns.
Default Meeting Type
Default Call Type
Click the dropdown for Default Meeting Type and/or Default Call Type.
Select the types you want to set as the default for this user.
Hit save to save your changes.
Tips and Best Practices
Choose the most common type: Set the default type based on what the user most often uses. This reduces manual changes later.
Keep types organized: Use clear naming conventions for meeting and call types so users can quickly find the right one in the dropdown.
