You can create language specific configurations for the following meeting type settings: Summary Templates, Email Templates, Coaching Templates, and Question Trackers.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your Kickscale workspace and navigate to Settings.
Click on Meeting Types & Analysis in the top menu
Select an existing Meeting Type from your list. For example, click on "Customer Onboarding".
Choose the specific tab you want to edit. You can select Summary, Email, Coaching, or Question Trackers. The flags indicate the languages for which language specific configurations already exist.
Find the language dropdown on the right side of the screen. The dropdown shows the languages for which the respective settings are already configured. You can edit an existing language configuration, create a configuration for a new language, or delete the configuration for an existing language.
Fill or adapt the respective content. Note that Create with AI will automatically create the output in your chosen language.
For Question Trackers, you can configure language specific questions for each category in the same way. To create a new category, click the + Add button and choose a language.
How are the Language Specific Settings used in the Analysis of Conversations
Settings are applied depending on the language of the conversation.
For example, if the meeting is in German the German templates are applied to generate the summary or email.
If no template is defined in the language of the conversation, a fallback template (typically English) is applied and translated into the conversation language.
For example, if there is a meeting in Spanish, but there are no Spanish templates configured, the English templates are used for generation and the result is translated to Spanish.
Analysis results are always shown in the language of the conversation.
Tips & Best Practices
Always review the AI-generated text. Ensure it matches your specific sales style and terminology.
Add configurations for all languages that you have your conversations in.
