Overview

Kickscale can generate a summary after each Meeting or Call and can automatically share it via email. These emails help participants quickly review what was discussed and agreed on. You control who receives the summary.

What the Summary Email Includes

Each summary email contains:

  • Meeting or Call details (title, date, participants)

  • Chapters with timestamps

  • Action items assigned during the conversation

Participants can also access the full analysis:

  • Internal participants (same company domain) get a direct link to the Meeting or Call inside Kickscale.

  • External participants receive a Share View link that shows the full analysis in an external view.

How to Configure Summary Notifications

  1. Open your Workspace in Kickscale.

  2. Click on Settings in the top bar.

  3. Go to Notification Settings.

  4. Under Email Settings, choose between:

    • Meeting Summary

    • Call Summary

  5. For each, select one of the options:

    • All Participants – Sends the summary to everyone who attended.

    • Internal Only – Sends the summary only to participants with the same email or other internal domain.

    • None – No summary emails are sent.

  6. Hit save to update your settings

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use All Participants to automatically share insights with customers and external stakeholders.

  • Use Internal Only if you want summaries to stay within your team.

  • Choose None if your team prefers to review conversations only inside Kickscale.

Troubleshooting

  • If someone does not receive the summary, ask them to check their spam folder.

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in your Settings.
