Overview

Filter Bookmarks allow you to save a set of filters and reuse them later.

Instead of selecting the same filters every time, you can apply them instantly through a saved bookmark. This reduces the number of clicks and helps you navigate insights faster.

Filter Bookmarks are available in the following pages:

  • Customer Interaction Overview

  • Deal Overview

  • Forecasting

You can also set a default filter bookmark, which Kickscale automatically applies when you open the website.

How Filter Bookmarks Work

When you apply filters on a page, you can save those exact settings as a bookmark.

Later, you can select the bookmark to instantly apply the same filter configuration again.

How to Create a Filter Bookmark

Follow these steps to create a bookmark:

  1. Navigate to one of the supported pages:

    • Customer Interaction Overview

    • Deal Overview

    • Forecasting

  2. Apply the filters you want to save.

  3. Click the Bookmark icon in the filter bar.

  4. Select Save Filter Settings as Bookmark.

  5. Enter a name for your bookmark.

  6. Save the bookmark.

Your bookmark is now available and can be applied anytime:

How to Use a Filter Bookmark

Once created, bookmarks appear in the bookmark menu.

To apply a bookmark:

  1. Click the Bookmark icon.

  2. Select the desired Filter Bookmark.

Kickscale instantly applies the saved filters.

Setting a Default Filter Bookmark

You can set one bookmark as the default filter for a page.

The default bookmark automatically applies whenever you open the page.

To set a default bookmark:

  2. Find the bookmark you want to use.

  3. Select the Star icon to set this filter as a Default Filter.

Important notes:

  • Only one default filter can exist per page.
