Overview of the Forecasting Dashboard
The Forecasting dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your sales pipeline. It aggregates data directly from your customer conversations and CRM.
At the top of the page, you can see key metrics. These include Closed Won, Commit, Best Case, and Pipeline totals. You can filter this view by favorites, top-down forecasting, or individual deals.
View Team and Individual Pipelines
Kickscale organizes your pipeline by specific teams or departments. This helps sales leaders monitor performance across the entire company.
To view individual performance, click the dropdown arrow next to any team name. For example, expanding the AE team shows every representative's active deals.
You will see specific metrics for each team member. This includes their unique Commit, Best Case, and total Pipeline values.
How to Submit a Forecast
Sales leaders and reps can submit monthly or quarterly forecasts directly within the platform. Follow these simple steps to submit your numbers.
Navigate to the Forecasting tab in your left sidebar.
Find your team or your name in the list.
Click the Submit button on the right side of the row.
A Submit Forecast panel will open on the right side of your screen.
Select the correct team and forecast period from the dropdown menus.
Enter your predicted numbers in the Commit and Best Case fields.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the panel.
A green confirmation message will appear confirming your successful submission. You can view your past submissions anytime in the Submission History section below the form.
