Waiting Room Entry and Duration

Waiting Room Entry: The notetaker bot joins the waiting room 2 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting start time, regardless of whether other participants are present.

Waiting Duration: If not admitted, the bot will remain in the waiting room for up to 1 hour and then leave the meeting.
