If your Kintsugi mail address gets stuck, you'll need to discard the existing address through the Admin Panel. Here's how you can easily do this:
1. Log in to the Kintsugi Admin Panel. Click the gear icon (Configuration) located on the left-side menu.
2. Under the Configuration section, select the Kintsugi Mail tab.
3. Click Set Up in the Kintsugi Mail tab.
4. On the left side of your account details, click the bot icon.
5. From the Actions dropdown menu, select View Physical Mail Address to verify the address details.
6. Then it will show you the Physical Mail address details as shown in the example below, which you can close after.
7. Return to the Actions dropdown menu and select Delete Physical Mail Address.
8. Confirm the deletion when prompted. You’ll receive a confirmation message once it's successfully deleted.
You can now start fresh and reconfigure your mail address as needed.
