How you can cancel your subscription and delete your data in Kintsugi

This guide will walk you through the process of deleting your data in Kintsugi App.

1. Navigate to Configuration (located above your account name).

2. Click on Settings.

3. Select Archive.

4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Carefully read the message, enter your Organization Name, then click Confirm.

5. Once successful, you'll see a Success! pop-up message in the upper-right corner.

Important Notes

  • After confirmation, your data will be permanently deleted in 60 days. If you change your mind within this period, you can contact us to undo the deletion.

  • If you're archiving a TEST organization, data will be permanently deleted in 30 days.
