My boxes haven’t been collected/delivered – who can I contact?

In most cases we would have provided you with an ETA when to expect your collection or delivery. However that is not always possible, if we had to use external overnight services to arrange your collection or delivery, but even then we will give you an estimated time frame, it just might be longer than a few hours.

Unfortunately, unexpected things that are beyond Kit Keeper’s and our couriers’ control sometimes do happen, causing delays to our services. If a courier is running late and we haven’t been in touch to inform you of an updated ETA, please contact a member of our team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
