As a standard service all our deliveries are to the front door of any accommodation or building. In areas where we have local couriers, our drivers will call before they arrive to make sure you are available for the delivery. It is important that someone is present to receive the boxes.

It is possible to have boxes delivered to a reception but if there is no one present to sign for and hand over the boxes then Kit Keeper will not be liable for any missing items or issues with the delivery.

In some areas we do offer an option to book doorstep delivery for an additional fee of £40. Please get in touch with a member of our team no later than 3 working days before your delivery date so we can confirm whether this service is available in your area and arrange that for you.
