If your delivery was with an overnight service (such as UPS or Parcelforce), and you were not present to receive your delivery, the courier might have left you a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
Please follow instructions on the card you received, as often with overnight services only the recipient can make changes to delivery once the items have been collected from us.
