What if I’m not available for my delivery?

In all cases, someone must be there to receive the boxes from our couriers.

However, this does not need to be the person who booked the order. It is also ok to agree with a reception / mailroom / similar to receive the boxes. The key is that we need the contact information (most importantly phone number) of the person who will be receiving the boxes. If this will not be you (who booked) please email these contact details to support@kitkeeper.co.uk.

If you discover that no one at all will be available for your delivery then you will need to reschedule it.

If your delivery is more than three working days in advance than you can do this by logging in to you Kit Keeper account HERE.

If your delivery is sooner than three full working days then please contact a member of our team and we will do our best to resolve the issue but the delivery may be considered failed and you may have to pay associated fees to reschedule it.
