We will not refund you the upfront cost of the unused boxes if they have already been sent out to you. You can keep your extra empty boxes for your next booking with us or you can hand them back to our couriers on your collection day.

However, we will adjust your storage fee to reflect only the boxes that are in storage. This will be done automatically after your collection once we receive confirmation from our warehouses of everything you have sent in.
