What to do if my payment failed?

If your monthly storage payment has failed, it will be retried automatically in a few days. Please make sure there are sufficient funds on your account for the payment to go through.

If you need to update your payment details, please log into your account here and select “”Manage Profile””, which will take you to a page where you can update your login details (button on the left) and payment method (button on the right).

If the failed payment is your final storage and delivery fees, or your delivery is due within the next few days, please contact a member of our team immediately to avoid any delays to the delivery of your items.
