Please book your storage/shipping as far in advance as you can. This allows plenty of time for you to pack your items and avoid a failed collection fee.

When booking through our website you will be able to book storage or shipping on dates that are 3 working days or more in advance of the day you are booking. This is to allow the packing materials to arrive in good time for you to have everything sorted for when the courier arrives.

If you require a collection slightly earlier than is shown and you are using your own packing materials we may be able to accommodate this. Please contact a member of our team to enquire about whether this service is available.
