If your items are being delivered back from storage by one of our local couriers, you will have an approximate ETA of 1-3 hours sent to you the day before, so you will know when to expect the delivery. The courier will also have your contact details and will be in touch directly closer to the arrival time.

For all storage collections, once your items have been collected you can expect an email confirming their successful collection within 48hrs.

If this is an overnight delivery to a different area we will send you a tracking link and any additional information required for live tracking.
