If your delivery is being completed by one of our local couriers then they will call before they deliver. This is why it is imperative we have the correct contact details of the person who will be receiving your boxes.

If we are using an out of area courier then they will not call before delivery but you may receive a tracking link where you can see their progress towards you live. Please be available for the whole ETA.
