If a student is no longer part of your caseload—for example, if they’ve switched schools—you can archive them so they don’t appear in your active list anymore. Here’s how to do it:
How to Archive a Student:
Go to the ‘My Caseload’ tab on the Students page.
Check the box next to the student’s name.
Click the ‘Archive’ button.
Once archived, the student will be removed from your ‘My Caseload’ page and will now appear on the ‘Archived Students’ page.
How to Restore a Student:
Need to bring a student back to your active caseload? No problem:
Go to the ‘Archived Students’ tab on the Students page.
Check the box next to the student’s name.
Click the ‘Restore’ button.
The student will be moved back to your ‘My Caseload’ page and removed from the archived list.
