Updated over a week ago

At the end of instruction, it's important to review and reflect on key aspects of each session to aid in continuous improvement and future planning.

When you end a session event, you can review the following information:

  • Session date, start time, and duration of the session (Click the 'Edit' button to update the date/time of the session.)

  • Attendance - indicating the presence or absence of each student. (Click the 'Edit' button if you need to change attendance.)

  • Add a Plan Summary using our new AI feature

  • Student Goals/Objectives and associated data

  • At the bottom is an area to take Session Notes, where you can include the following information:

    • The students' present level in relation to their annual goal.

    • Effectiveness of strategies used during the session, highlighting what worked and what didn’t.

    • Thoughts and plans for future sessions based on the session's observations and data.
