This article will walk you through wrapping up a therapy session and recording final notes.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

At the end of instruction, it's important to review and reflect on key aspects of each session to aid in continuous improvement and future planning.

To end a session event, click the 'End Instruction' button located in the upper-right corner of the page.

When you end a session event, you can review the following information:

  • Session date, start/end time, and duration. (Click the 'Edit' button to update the date/time of the session.)

  • Attendance - indicates the presence or absence of each student. (Click the 'Edit' button if you need to change attendance.)

  • Recordings - shows the number of audio recordings for the session. (Click the 'play' icon to re-play the recording.)

  • Student Goals/Objectives and associated data.

  • Session Notes - include any of the following information:

    • Describe students' progress (i.e. assistance level, skill development)

    • Describe strategies: What worked? What didn't?

    • Outline the plan for next time.

Once you've reviewed the Session Wrap-up page, click 'Save & Finish' to return to the Schedule page of Instruction.
